  • It depends on your definition of an educated worker, Amish may have a different idea of that, in that instance, the concept of survival of the fittest may be worth a look too. My point is, an educated worker as most people may think of, refers to someone with a college degree, or even a high school degree for that matter, but does any of tat really matter as far as intellegence within a system without the technology? For example, in a catastrophic event, would the "fittest" to survive be those with their college educations or would it be the Amish, who are educated in working around most technology. Because, I don't even believe that there are many college courses which don't incorporate this technology you speak of, I don't believe there are many surival type classes, or tangible practical skills gained from the educated technologically dependant world, for example fishing, hunting for survival, perhaps fire building without our technology. It's terribly sinicle, but in conclusion, technology increases productivity of educated workes, but dangerously ignorant survivors/ workers in a world stripped of it's technology. I can go on and on, but please do some research on the fall of rome? the dark ages.
