Help answer this question below.

My nextel screen is completely white. I can still recieve calls and texts but I can never tell what they say or who is calling because of the screen. I've had the phone for a week and it just started today. Is there any way to fix it?

I have sprint tv on my phone and when i try to watch shows i go to channel then show and it loads a few sec then says unavailable it does it with all channels.
