Yes. It's possible to become pregnant on birth control and it's possible to become pregnant on your period. Get a pregnancy test right away if you think you are pregnant, as continuing to take birth control can cause major complications. Also remember that for some women it can up to a year to get used to using birth control, so your period and body may do a lot of pretty wacky things.
