  • Cars? In most States absolutely none. There are certain exemptions for specific farm vehicles in some States, but I believe that even these laws have been rewritten and updated in recent years. "Vehicles" are a different story. Some States may allow unlicensed drivers/riders to operate certain categories of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, pocket motorbikes, some watercraft, etc. ... but you must check with local ordinances.
  • You'd have to check into local regulations, and also it depends on what you mean by drive. Generally speaking any off-road vehicles wouldn't require a license, because the licensing is only there to allow you to drive on roads. Keep in mind, though, that if you drive an off-road motor vehicle on a road you may very well be ticketed. If you consider bicycle riding to be "driving" then I guess you could just do that... Your best bet is to check with local officials, cause they know where you live and what the laws are there...ABers probably don't.
