There are many web sites that offer free patterns and free instructions for a variety of sewing, needlework, and other crafts. So many, in fact, that without knowing what kind of patterns you're looking for, there are too many to post. Go to google.com and use search terms like "crochet pattern free" or "clothing pattern free" - putting the type of pattern first and "free" last. You'll get LOTS of sites to explore.
