I just bowled my third bowling game ever, and my first in 20 years. I bowled 61. It was embarrassing. Any tips on improving?

    you need to keep your arm and wrist straight.A wrist protector is a good buy for bowlers

    bowl with your own ball and it helps when u find a good spot..once u find the spot and get the footing in (5 times) you will kick some ass.1 good thing is never turn your hand thou ..thats what can mess u up allot.

    if you like bowling consider buying your own ball, then get someone to give you the basics of the movements then bowl, bowl, bowl.
