Depends on what type of girl you are trying to meet; either the library or church; or try the bars downtown; Mynt, Monark, Market, Suite 200, 5 Degrees... up and down Market street pretty much should do you some good!

you can find women all over Denver! You might not like the bar scene but there are some great places that I like to go to I can suggest. I found them on an online yellow pages when I first turned 21. http://www.dexknows.com/category_Night+Clubs_Colorado_Denver-1 My favorite is The Grizzly Rose, it plays mostly country music but if you like that sort of thing its one of the best spots to go to here in Denver!
