Looking for a complete measurements of a short female (around 5'3") so I can put together a complete uniform collection with all the right sizes. Need all measurements inclueding bra size, hat size, and weight. Can any one help?

Uhh...why would you need complete measurements of a female for a uniform? Wouldn't asking/measuring her be more accurate? For all I could no, she could be a short, weight 180 or even 80 lbs. Height doesn't tell bra size...nor hat size.
