    I would suggest seeing the Boston Ballet if you visit. There are many more art programs, but the ballet is phenomenal.

    The Boston Museum of Fine Arts and The Science Museum are big, venerable institutions. There are many smaller museums boasting some very fine art.

    Since theater is ever changing, I'll give you a link that should regularly have what's current.
