Hi my cousin from south africa just graduated with a cgp of 2.30 and he wants to go to grad.school for a masters degree. please can any one give a list of colleges in the states or uk where he could apply to for his masters..i would really appreciate it.

What field of study does he want to do a M.A. in?
Basically the majority of universities in the states and the UK offer M.A.'s or a PH.D.

He should be looking for uni's that is respected or highly rated in his field of study. Also, he should possibly be looking at different regions of the U.S. & the U.K. Any University outside of London will be cheaper for cost of living and it is the same for large Metro cities in America.

Also, in the UK there are two books put out by the Guardian and The Times that give the ratings on which UK univesities are the best in their respective fileds. These University lists by the Times & Guardian are updated every year. So a Uni's rating can change in their respective field.

Also, both the UK & US put out books that list all universities found in both the countries respectivly. Sorry, but I can not remember their names. Perhaps another AB can provide you with the titles.
