Some people say that it does but others say nothing happens. Personally, nothing happened to me so I wouldn't count on it 100% of the time.

Mine did :D I love it. Haha. They went up a cup size. The only problems that they are a bit tender...but they are firm ;) haha

It did to one of my girlfriends years ago...but we were really young and it devastated her because only one of her breasts became larger...I thought it was cute...she was in tears...:(

They made mine a little bigger alright. I was a B cup I'm now nearly a C.
