    I'd say they're trying to scam you...
    I "bought" some cellphones from Harris Miller, e.hibley@windowslive.com
    I paid 400US$, the phones never arrived, and they are supposedly held by customs in the UK (this is where Harris Miller told me he sent the phones from, so there is no reason for them to be held there... it should have been entering my country...).
    And the customs address where I am supposed to send more money is

    I checked, ther is no such address, not in the UK...

    as you see this person is even lying on the country he sends them from...

    so DON'T TRUST THIS ZIP CODE, IT'S A SCAM!!!
