Interesting question. I don't think that it would, but I can't say for sure that one race might have more elastic skin or produce collagen in greater amounts than other races. As NickGhost said, there's lots of people will large stretched piercings of all races. And I've seen people of all races with thinning, poorly stretched lobes. So probably whatever nature gives you isn't as important as how you treat your body.
