Help answer this question below.

I have a HP PSC 1215 Printer have just put new cartridges in I realinged to carteidges etc managed to print out one page no problem now it wont print at all keeps telling me there is a problem with the print cartridge but does not say which one

    Have you tried taking them out and putting them back in. One might not have been put in tight enough.

    You may want to clean the electronics inside the printer where the cartridge goes in. You can do this with alcohol and a q-tip. If you still have the old cartridges, try only replacing one at a time to figure out which is bad. Even though it may be a "NEW" cartridge, electronics can go bad for a number of reasons.
