Help answer this question below.

If I sent a check to Bermuda to a friend who lives down there, would she be able to cash it at her bank just like in the states? Or would a money order or travelers check be better?

    It would depend on the policy of her bank. It may be a safer bet to use a wire transfer or cashier's check. She should be able to ask at her bank branch and let you know.

    Best bet is to deposit money into her ATM checking account.

    Its fast, much safer and there is no bank hassle.

    You will need her account number to make this transaction and her pin.
