Seriously, if I had to stock up on only one sort of food to eat all day, and nothing else, it would have to be rolled oats porrige, (with the milk and salt and sugar) whether for a week or a year. It's cheap, keeps a long time, the Scots eat it every morning and don't get sick of it, its protein is the best after eggs and milk. It's a whole food.(bit short on vitamin "c" but.)

Well every time I turn around some doctor is taking away my favorite foods. No fruit, no meat, no carbs and I have serious/deadly allergies to many vegetables. I will eventually be forced to eat one thing only, like tofu or spirulina shakes. I am not a RABBIT!!!! Give me meat...all kinds (beef, chicken, pork, lamb, rabbit, duck, venison) everyday until I drop dead.
-
Probably salad, simply because I wouldn't tire of it as easily as a lot of other foods. But maybe I'd toss croutons in a lot to try and get some carbs?
