    I think it really depends on how serious the relationship was. If it was a serious relationship and it didnt work out, it is NOT OK. Most of the time even if your ex gives permission to his/her friend, it still is NOT Ok. However, if it was a fling, have the friend talk to his/her friend (the ex) and see how they feel about it.

    About 2 to 3 weeks after NEVER. Thats so wrong! I know sometime you want to do it out of vengence, but its wrong. If you think it may go somewhere, you need to understand that someone is going to get hurt and the situation is going to be difficult.

    Since a break-up is a final decision, it is up to the individuals how to live their lives. No obligations anymore. So many don't get that and slip into stalking, which is criminal behavior.
