no. we pay enough for groceries. there is a store I use that does not provide bags and we have to buy them or bring our own. I never remember the bags so I just throw the groceries in the trunk and bring them home. I think it's pathetic that as much as stores charge they charge you for bags.

They will be charging 20 cents per plastic bag next year in Seattle. That doesn't really bother me, I use the fabric bags anyways. Of course, all the anti-envionmental conservatives up here say that the extra bag fee would be a financial burden on the poor... since when did they start caring about the less fortunate?
