What clothes do leaders of the Mormon Chuch wear?

    The answer to this question depends on the circumstances. If you are asking what they wear outside of Church, then they wear whatever is appropriate for the activity in which they are engaged, be it blue jeans and t-shirt to work in the garden or go camping or whatever their profession dictates when they are at work. Since Church leaders can follow just about any profession, the appropriate clothes could be just about anything from blue jeans for a farmer or construction worker to full suit for a lawyer or banker.

    If, on the other hand you mean what do they wear for Church services, then this depends somewhat on where they live. Throughout most of the Western World, they wear at least a white dress shirt and tie with dress slacks. If the climate is not overly hot, then they will usually include a suite coat. If we are taking about leaders in the poorer parts of third world countries, then they will probably wear what properly modest form of dress is used by their culture.

    The point is that we really don't dress any differently than anybody else. You really would not be able to tell that some one was was LDS just by looking at them unless they fell into one of two categories. The first is if, like me, they run around wearing BYU clothing items. (In my case it is a BYU baseball cap.) The second would be if the person were a full-time missionary. In this case they can be identified by the black name tag that identifies them as such.
