  • someone must have complained. he might have gotten a warning had he displayed a better attitude. he can still go to court and explain that he is sorry and will take the radio out of his vehicle. a misdemeanor now on his record could affect him all the way through his life. he needs to whatever he can to get it reduced to a warning or an infraction. he needs to volunteer to do community service to get it removed. wear a good suit to court and be polite.
  • I would say fight the ticket. The officer that issued the ticket had to hear the radio himself. Otherwise, it is based on hearsay which is not admissable in court.
