not a good idea, it should have advised in any pamphlet included. You pass all the fat, if you eat too much fat your going to have diarrhea and leakage. same as if you ate too much of the sweet subtitue sorbit.

I do not think so, the format just doesn't allow for it. If it does in any manner it's just too much work for a little Q&A. Hopping all around and jumping thru' hoops. Even the bright white background makes it look ugly and strains my eyes at least.

Spanish is widely spoken and you'll have lots of real world practice. Latin if you're into linguistics and entymology in any way but you'll only be able to practice with those Latin collegues. Depends on what you're going into the classroom to do.

no capsicum the active ingredient in peppers is used in pepper spray, cinnamon is hot and I thk they use the oil and another herbal oil to make it hot. funny, pepper spray is faster acting than mace but mace is stronger
