Processing plants wouldn't be necessary and we would probably not have as much waste if you had to work so hard to get your food. I've always advocated every high school student be required to take at least one year of home economics. Do you agree or disagree? I disagree. I think those are skills that should be learned through example and practice at home not in a classroom, especially not for a year! How about increasing sex-ed and parenting classes or a semester on budgeting and investments.
