Well, if you've been keeping in touch, then you know if she's been seeing anyone else. If so, then I'd say don't get back together unless you like taking risks.
But if she hasn't been seeing anyone else and you've been keeping in touch and she wants to get back with you, then the ball is in your court. If you want back with her, go ahead. If you don't, then don't just do it bacause she...

what do you do if your friends all hate you and they say you are a horrid person? Shall I change? HELP! Im Hated by some people!!!!!!
I don't know how old you are, but let me assume you're in school at some level.
I know someone who had the same problem with friends in middle school (it was a very small middle school). But when he got to high school (a much larger school), he was able to find a group of people with whom he had a lot in common, and made a new set of friends.
The same would be true in changing from high...

how do you get a boy to like you in a day?
Start by being sociable and conversational. Then smile when you see him (and see if he smiles back naturally). If so, then occasionally look him in the eyes while you're talking to him (and continue a natural smile if you can). And if he continues to smile and doesn't look away, then at least you know you have a chance.
If all that works, then you have to take a chance. Try waiting until...

How did people start using ellipses (...) in their emails, instead of dashes or semicolons or periods like they did until a few years ago?
Here's an example --
"Hi; how are you? I'm fine. It would be a great day if it were snowing -- just kidding of course."
now tends to be written as --
"Hi...how are you...I'm fine. It would be a great day if it were snowing.....just kidding of course..."
Why is that?

Who was Pittsburgh's astronaut-politician?
That's a good question. Judith Resnick (the second woman in space) was from Pittsburgh )or at least was educated there). But she died in the Challenger accident long before she would have ever had the chance to go into politics.

Why do Republicans like Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska hate clean air?
Because contrary to its name, the "Clean Air Act" isn't about clean air, it's just a tool that the EPA uses to increase government revenue (which in turn lowers each of our standards or living).

We're considering moving to Philadelphia, can someone recommend a good suburb, not too far from the city, where one can buy a decent house for around 300K and that has a good school district?
I know someone who lives in Pine Valley. It's technically in the city limits, but it's suburban, reasonably priced, and your kids would go to the best neighborhood public schools in Philly.

First off, take classes on subjects you enjoy. But secondly, working full time and supporting yourself may not be "boring", but it's A LOT (and I mean A LOT) harder than spending 6 hours a day in school.
(1) the expectations are much higher.
(2) there are no built-in social activities.
(3) you're generally with a lot of older people all day rather than with people your...

Pittsburgh won its 6th Superbowl and the Stanley Cup within 6 months of each other this year, and was rated "Most Livable City" twice since 2007. Do you think you might have underestimated Pittsburgh?
No. I've lived in 4 different cities for extended periods of time (one of course being Pittsburgh), and it's still far and away my favorite.

Answer to:
What are the complete details of the draw for the French open. How do the 128 players who play qualifying matches chosen?
This is approximate, but about 100 of the players are chosen because they are ranked in the top 100 in the world rankings.
Of the other 28 or so, 16 are "Qualifiers". They are the winners of a 3 round qualifying tournament that begins with the next 128 ranked players.
Then the final 12 are a combination of wild cards (tournament committee invitees) and "lucky losers" --...

How come Andy Murray is Scottish when he's playing normal or losing, yet he amazingly becomes British whenever he wins?
It's a matter of who is in the media. As everyone knows, Scotland is on the island of Great Britain -- so he is BOTH. But it's the English who control the British media. And they don't want to claim ownership of him unless he wins.
Answer to:
Why is there so many pointless questions being asked lately?
