You need to make sure your jacks are hooked up correctly.

I have this same player and was having the same error code. I attempted to buy a new DVD Recorder when I decided to get a DVD Laser Lens cleaner instead. I used the lense cleaner (10-brush cyclone clean) and then opened the player up and blew out lots of dust. I closed the player back up and...

No but I would suggest you start using Virgin coconut oil. This stuff is good for just about ailment in the body. It's natural and plus it's full of Lauric Acid which kills all types of rashes.

The natural way....Virgin Coconut Oil. After I do my oil pulling...I add a few dabs to my toothbrush and brush my teeth. I no longer use toothpaste since I have witnessed the truly nutritional effects of using VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil).
