Answer to:
Money should never be spent. Only Invested. Could this work? Pure Specutlation of an Economy.
there is no economy without the money our governments provide as a medium of exchange. Money is that which is "paid" in exchange for goods/services. Would you wish to go to the dark ages of exchanging services/goods for same, and never use actual money-save for investing? investing in what - it is not used in this system you suggest, so it has no value-no one would accept it as a position on...

I have a Dell Inspiron 545s Desktop. Is there a software that I can download that will put it to a state when it was brand new?
There is a feature in Vista/Xp that enables you to do that within windows. If you have more expansive problems and wish to "wisk them away", many Manufacturers shipped their respective units with a crash disk which would do just that. Prior to that, years back, the computer mfrs would just ship the computer and include a disk containing the operating system. If you have neither, simply...

His advisors are targeting the niches that can often prove as a greater turnout if approached in a friendly manner. Making a public statement can be easily recanted. It is all a numbers game. The economists have no faith in the rival candidate. They have no faith in Obama and his administration. It is anybody' s guess who will be in the White House next term. It is no surprise that the...

Why is the price of oil down? What do you blame?
It's NOT down slightly because the US government has released some of it's massive reserves. It's down slightly because over the last 3 years or so, people have gotten more economical. In the recent past, production was slowed in response to a a decrease in demand to keep the prices spiking up higher. The preceding cycle has occurred numerous times over the past 3 years. How do you believe women look without makeup? Why?
Everyone is different, I am not here to judge. Applied correctly makeup 'makes up' the difference to the individual wearing it, to where they feel attractive enough - in my opinion. My girl rarely wears makeup on weekends / time off, and it makes no matter to me, she is beautiful to me no matter what. She uses some, when going to work, but she is not a heavy user, if you will.

i totally disagree with the perspective. What this country needs is a president/presidential cabinet that has the capacity to run things like a business, not a free for all. Trump as a debate host, may offer him some time in the spotlight which he so loves, but "to be sure" he is well qualified to contribute both significant and relevant questions and answers.

Yes, both. I'd give examples but it would be of no value. With communication how it is today-electronically...computers, etc, there is no such thing as the single countrys' economy. IT IS the global economy now, and for example, the USA has fully recovered, economically. Learn to live with it, because it isn't going to get any better than it is now.

eBay: Can I "Buy It Now" if I already made an "Offer"?
Being a former Silver Level Power Seller, I can tell you I've left "Make Offer" offers in the system for as long as 30 days before accepting. However I believe as long as the listing has ended you will not end up with 2 of them. If the listing is still active you need to cancel the bid as long as it is more than 12 hours away from ending. Then simply go back and "Buy it now". Ebay sellers are...

Answer to:
What education would I need to open and run a teen shelter? I'm already assuming some sort of social working degree.
It probably varies from state to state (US), or depending on where you live, as to the educational requirements. Expect to have a minimum of a M.S.Sc on staff, as well as a CAC and likely a PhD in child psychology-at least in my state, yours may be different. Without that you'd never get licensing from the state, nor, possibly more important, financing from banks.

it is conceivable that an edge could possibly be gained by doing so. Granted the 'winning numbers' are random; however, they are randomly drawn from a mechanical device, loaded with imperfectly manufactured balls which are each a number. Recording the 'winning numbers' across an extended period of time would indicate "IF" there is an 'edge', or not. I had noticed several years back that fact...

i think that too much of the internet is becoming a stinking cesspool of garbage, to be honest, and it is getting harder and harder to filter out all the trash and present clear, accurate, moderated results (and with moderation turned off you'll see what i mean, check google-settings) to searches. because she is an actress?
For every successful beautiful actress, there are 9999 beautiful waitresses, secretaries, nurses, paralegals, etc. That side of it is a lottery, but since beauty sells, beauty usually wins. Granted once fame & fortune is achieved, cosmetic assistance can enhance a persons' appearance considerably and they have the funds for it more so than the average person for sure. I say both apply.

Yes. I saw everything they saw. Wait for the media uproar to follow the verdict in this case. That's good faith software licensing. They are issuing a single license for a product which you may install 2 times; this is to accommodate those individuals who would like it on their home computer, 'as well as' their computer at the office. So their registration server will allow it to be 'registered' 2 times.
Does it bother you that it would be a violation of their software licensing...

Neither. There is nothing fictional about it.
The national debt, is money owed. No different then a family buying a house, or a car, which they cannot afford, so they BORROW money. This amount of owed money, collects interest continuously; this interest which collects, "becomes a part of the national debt". The ever rising total of national debt, which is NOT fictional, is money that MUST...

Because the best advice, albeit rarely followed, when asked to advise another regarding their relationship with a 3rd party, is to tell them to sit down with this 3rd party and talk out their problems with each other. It is the fear, or lack of motivation to do so, that is usually indicative of a relationship that is bound to fail regardless, and unbeknown to them, consulting you is laying a...

they have their life, you have yours.. in many aspects theirs is similar to yours, but for the fact that their political and/or religious beliefs directly conflict with yours/your societies' to the extent that they feel violence is the only way to get 'our' attention. Not unlike young teens in very poor urban areas- gangs, as you mentioned.

Why don't more fast food restaurants offer vegetarian burgers?
Most fast food restaurants that sell burgers, make most of their "beef" on beef. Pushing vegetarian burgers is counter - productive i would think. However i do see the point as for some of the fast food places that do not focus on burgers, why they don't possibly offer vegetarian burgers? I've had some really good veggie burgers, but some really bad too. Great question!

Would trust a company called 1-800-LAW-FIRM?
Because their firms' name is a marketing tactic? They probably paid a significant sum of money to acquire that 1-800 number. I would more appreciate a law firm that seeks out new clients aggressively, then 1 that sits on their laurels and hopes new clients just arrive at their doorstep. Granted some survive on reputation alone, but those are usually out of the price range of the average person.

Why do we usually avoid eye contact with people but we gaze at a child eyes?
Generally speaking, establishing eye contact is an initiation of communication of some sort. We may stare into the eyes of an innocent child thinking how cute, beautiful, or wonderful they look. Our social structure is hardly superior to that in other countries. They come and go. The reality is that you get what you put into it. The entire game is to generate traffic, but the value of the traffic is worthless if said traffic is solely seeking monetary gain, rather than actual products or services. Force is a *mathematical* scientific formula *(fact) which you seek the answer to referencing a scientific theory, which as you must know, means it is unproven, therefore not fact. *For all we know, Stephen King may have hit it dead on with the suggestion in one of his stories that our universe is nothing more than a grain of sand OR blade of grass on a planet within yet another universe.

Corporations rule. They make products smaller, jack up the price and still sell. Shouldn't workers work fewer hours and charge more for it?
The attempt to remain at the current selling price is the reduction in product size, usually. WOuldn't that be cool if you could? Understand the entire point of coupons, is to lure shoppers into a store and then hopefully they will spend "more" money then just purchasing the 1 item on the coupon or sale. Therfore it would negate the point (and bottom line entirely) if stores put out coupons for completely free, significant items with no purchase required.

Why is my goldfish so scared of people, she is always hidding and almost never comes to the top, even during feeding, and how do i make things more comfortable for her?
the hiding is natural, but to rarely come near the top is indicative of either contamination, poor pH, or improper temperature (cold). I'd check into those things, make sure everything is right including temp& that room temp isn't markedly cooler than the water temp, as this would then draw down the temp of the surface water.

I believe most people have their own sets of goals. One website tells me a domain name is free, another tells me it is already registered. How can that be?
Some registrars will publish a list of new dropped/deleted domain names. Understand that those lists are not "hot off the presses" rather they have been poured over for any domain of any value whatsoever, and then published as "newly deleted domain names" on a bit of a delay. So in that respect, you may think you are looking at an available domain name, but it in fact has been 'available' for...

I just replaced the injectors in my 04 duramax and my milage is worse than before. I have dropped 3-4 mpg any thoughts on this.
it is possible that you have a faulty injector; it is possible that prior to your replacement that went just fine you had already developed problems with other fuel system parts such as the fuel filter, fuel pump, check valve, fuel regulator, etc, and the specific problem has worsened, so fuel economy is worse rather than better. this is the downside to being your own mechanic; not checking the...

What makes something unremarkable after it was first found remarkable?
you mean like, "Droid" was the greatest cell phone ever, but now then Droid2 was? sort of like that? Often, what is remarkable at one time, becomes unremarkable with time and experience, or because something better came along. Many marriages end because spouses just do not hold the same "spark" for each other as they did when they first hitched - they now find each other dull, unremarkable.

Anyone out there with expertise in designing website backgrounds?
Place an ad in craigslist saying as much as you said here. As long as you allow the author to put their credentials on the completed published website/page, you should have no problem getting someone good to do the job. Students/graduates often will do such work to help build a portfolio.

What do you think about this list that just came out of the top 20 things Americans can't live without? Any agree/disagree with? Missing?
i can't imagine life without coffee or indoor plumbing, electricity is a fact of life, as is personal transportation unless you live in a city(mass/public transportation is NOT available everywhere), and i love my dogs to death. Education is essential. All the rest of the stuff on that list i can certainly live without, if need be, and i don't even eat yogurt. That list is ridiculous, in my...

If the battery dies in your fancy safe w/electronic keypad will you be locked OUT? Are warning lights sufficient only when seen in time?
If you have a safe such as the one described, i would think it would behoove you to have a regular schedule for which you would change out the batteries, just like someone might do for the batteries in smoke alarms, or filters in furnaces, or air cleaners even, so that there never is a failure.

Using your left hand, would be in reverse of the the most common way. your index would be 963, middle 852, 4th -- 741
I would think it is most common for right-handed individuals to use the index finger on the 741 column, middle on 852, and fourth finger on 963. I myself use that mostly, but i also use almost exclusively my middle finger on the top row math symbols, my pinkie for math symbols...

Have you ever use those potty patch dog training pads from the t.v. commericals? Did they work good?
Here's my answer: if you cannot find the time to take your puppy or mature dog outside to do their business, or if you live in a situation that is non-conducive to doing that, then you have no business having a dog in the 1st place. And yes i have used them, and no they don't really work unless you put several down, one on top of the other, for a 1 time use. 1 large dog can pee quite a lot, and...

Well, 4 more inches of snow this A.M. When will one of you global warming nitwits tell it to start kicking in?
Global warming as you call it, is at a much more subtle level. We're talking 1 degree over a 10-20 year period -can you feel 1 degree? It is happening, and will happen, but it will take unfortunately until it is too late to make adjustments, to correct the situation, if humanity relies on physical reaction to changes, alone.
