I am single. If I die after retirement, all money in retirement pension fund will disappear into the government coffers -but, if I marry, then my partner will be able to receive my half pension for the rest of their life. Do your parents trust you? Mine don't. Indeed I am. I believe once you have convinced them to give the initial trust and their trust being rewarded, everything else will follow. Don't blame yourself. If they had trusted you in the first place, this wouldn't be a problem! Whatever your parents do, It is almost always in your best interest. Think about it, not trusting a child enough is much safer than trusting them too...

Would you get engaged at 14 please tell me the answer? I know myself from being a teenager, life changes so fast at that age, what you want one season may be drasticly different from what you want next season.
