When I lived in upstate New York, I trampled, on foot, through 3 feet of snow to school. I know many people now who snore like freight trains, gasp for breath (if this applies to you) and ended up with CPAP machines to help them breath better at night, and to eliminate the snoring. Help for insomnia. It started when I was diagnosed sleep apnea. I can be awake 3 days easy. I've been on everything, including Xyrem. I'm not worried, anxious, etc. when I want to sleep. The bi-pap is good, I'm quiet, no thoughts, just awake.? A full medical checkup. You could try benadryl, at bedtime, for insomnia. In the prescription market, perhaps trazadone, remeron, or ambien. Have you tried any biofeedback or relaxation/yoga techniques?

There seems to be a trend I've noticed, where more parents are driving/walking their kids to school, instead of trusting them to buses or walking unescorted. Are parents more afraid of their kids being abducted today? I've notice that too Mensan. On my way to work in the morning I happen across hoardes of SUVs with parents (?) and children waiting at bus stops, every four driveways or so. I was told that this was because of an increase in pedophiles in their neighborhoods. Makes me wonder why it isn't "one strike and prison for life", or "ole sparky" for anytime offenders....
