Why do they call a certain style of coat a pea coat or jacket?
Sailors who have to endure pea soup weather often don their pea coats but the coat's name isn't derived from the weather. The heavy topcoat worn in cold, miserable weather by seafaring men was once tailored from pilot cloth - a heavy , course, stout king of twilled blue cloth with the nap on one side. The cloth was sometimes called P-cloth for the initial letter of the word and the...

The brown note, according to an urban legend, is an infrasonic frequency that causes humans to lose control of their bowels. Effective frequencies are reportedly between 5 and 9 Hz, below the audible range for humans (humans cannot hear below around 20 Hz).

Why does religion cause so much trouble?
When we were children, we would make up games, and all try and be the one to make the rules for the game, so it would play the way we wanted it to (fights could happen to make sure your rules were the ones to use). My mouse makes a loud clicking noise through the speakers when I use the LEFT mouse button. I can use the volume control to reduce the noise - but there must be a better solution for when I want to listen to music at the same time?
This is not an easy question to answer, as it could be several things. Here are a few things you can try:
1) Check the mouse is plugged in properly, and that the pins on the mouse plug are not bent.
2) Try another mouse - If this works, your current mouse is not well.
3) Re-install the mouse drivers and see if that cures the problem.
4) Make sure there are no viruses on your PC....

King).
