Fingers-what causes stiffness, warmth, redness and swelling? Read description for more. Ha ha! I get the same things with my arms (the different colors). Its sensitive skin basically. That explains the skin part but the joints probably have to do with your hand movements I presume. Blisters could be some type of attrition. I constantly crack my own hands to prevent the stiffness flap them and turn them around ect. It also helps with the pain because blood circulation is moving.
