Handwriting is very enjoyable for some people and I'm one of them. They have done studies that show that when journaling, the very act of writing by hand rather than electronically, is therapeutic in itself.
I find that it is very relaxing. I love to write. I hate that as I get older my writing grows sloppier.

Instead of Visine, I would recommend you use some eye drops that are more of a gel. They are better at soothing the eye. Thera Tears has a liquid gel that is good. Optive is another brand that is more of a lubricant and is soothing. Might be good to see your eye doctor also. They have samples of things sometimes that are better suited.

Try breaking it down into small tasks. Tell yourself you need to get this one job done before you can take a break. Then reward yourself by taking a small break when you're done with it. Then tackle the next small job, and so on. Before you know it, you've gotten quite a bit done and it doesn't seem quite so overwhelming.

I would much prefer going in my own bathroom at home but that's not always possible and there are many times I don't have a choice. It doesn't bother me near as much as it used to. I do use a courtesy flush, which I wish others would do too as I gag easily at odors.

Is it just me or are people getting really stingy with giving points lately? (I notice when I answer a question with ten answers and the person only has 5 points)
I've noticed that too Green Goddess. Lately, it seems people have gotten very stingy. Maybe they're just busy and forget.
I like to give points for questions although I admit sometimes I get so busy I forget but whenever I click on a question I try to check and see if I've given points and give them if I haven't. I also give points to answers when I know I have them....

I was a little intimidated when I first started and it does appear to me that some get special treatment. But I never let cliques bother me in school and I don't let them bother me here. I just go about my business and interact with the nice people that want to. The others I ignore. That's life.

I honestly think they don't realize it needs to be done. I've had to point this out time and again. He can lay food down on it and then walk away leaving whatever residue from the food there is and it doesn't even occur to him that he should wipe it up. Our old church handed it out in the Christmas sacks for the kids. They loved donations. Or maybe a nursing home for those residents who can have it. I don't know how much research they did before they made the deal but Family guy is more than just racy. It is downright disgusting at times. Both. She might be over reacting a little but she's also trying to be a really good mom and thank your lucky stars you have a mom like that. So many don't care and don't make the effort. There are negative effects to piercings that teens don't always think through before they get them. Best thing to do is to talk to your mom about doing these things before you do them....

Go see your doctor. It would be helpful to establish regular sleeping patterns though and make sure you're getting enough sleep first.

I am the same way. By holding it in we hurt ourselves. WE also build up resentment for the other person. Think carefully, about what you want to say and how you can say it without attacking the other person and then it would probably be a good idea for you to tell them how you feel.

Actually it depends on the coloring instructions. The product I use says not to color if you have a lot of product in your hair. If they just sprayed you at the salon a day ago, a lot of that would already be worn off, especially if you brushed your hair several times since. Mine says not to color on the same day you wash your hair. I color it a lot with product in it and it's fine.

I use quite a few of the Equate products and find them to be adequate. I always try them and have found some to be fine and others I don't care for as well as the name brands. Depending on what the product is sometimes I can save money by using them and on other products it's not worth the savings because they're inferior. I suggest you try them and decide for yourself.

I didn't know any. What I can't believe is that now teachers tell me that kids do not have to be potty trained to go to Kindergarten. I really don't think this is something a regular classroom teacher should have to deal with. Of course there are always exceptions and if it's physically impossible then other arrangements should be made.

Look into CBT. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It really helped me. I've been feeling better for a year now and have gotten rid of all but one of my depression meds. There is a book my therapist recommended called The Feeling Good Handbook, by Dr. David Burns. It is really helpful. Try it. I bought mine at Wal-mart online for about $20.

I have a couple that I HAVE to watch. Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives. There are a couple more that I really like and will try to watch as much as possible also, but G.A. and Wives are my "must-see" t.v.

I don't know how many but it happens often enough. I sometimes wonder why it seems like I can ask a question and no one answers it and someone else can ask a question and get dozens of answers.
