I just read a medical article recently that said memory is directly affected by insufficient sleep. Unfortunately it floated away and it took me awhile to make my way the distance to retrieve it. I tried to plunge under water to get it back on, but it was very awkward. (This was meant to calculate endurance, calories burnt, etc.) If you have someone helping you train, discuss this with them and figure out the best way to adjust your workout schedule to maintain/increase stamina and endurance. Recently the building manager notified residents that one unit in the building had a bedbug infestation. He said they can spread through vents, etc. not just on contact. They also can climb aboard your shoes and clothing in any public place. The building sells mattress encasements which will prevent them spreading if you already have them....
