I live in a very quiet housing community i have been here 12 months and i do not no one persons name or i do not have any contact with anyone here .has any members lived in places like this there are 32 units .but no one ever worries you, I live in a similar type of place some let on some dont. As long as they aren't causing you problems you are blessed I have a guy downstairs who plays loud music every Friday night until the early hours it drives me crazy. +6
