Yes, and the reason being for that is because sometimes what we get becomes what we want. Sort of like the Pavlov study. The dog gets accustomed to getting something every time he heard this noise. Now every time he hears the noise, he wants it. He expects it. We as human are often the same way....

I would dive right in and try to get it right the first time. If i know that I need help, I am going to ask for it, so that I don't need help in the future; because I would learn the skill..get the experience and gain the mental capacity to do the task at hand.

I've cut out pork completely about 4-5 years ago..Too much sodium.I eat a lot of chicken and try not to eat too much red meat. I think the best diet or way to become more fit is just reading about what is good for your body and what's not, and recognizing what the toll and effect things have that...
