Its serious whether he is joking or not. If he starts to describe how he will commit suicide then it is even more severe. Tell him these games of his are not funny. You should probably tell someone to because if he does kill him self you could be accounted for assist to suicide. Its not good at all.

No, because I'm a queit person, but I don't feel the need to kill someone. Besides, I hate death. I wouldn't be able to kill some one. But then again there are people who show signs of pre muderous behavior. In that case they should be monitored very closly, not lock up.
