there could be other reasons your period is late.. One time my period didn't come for over 2 months! but I wasn't pregnant (it was only because I was stressed out). Normally you should take a pregnancy test if you miss your next period too. I say just take the test 2-3 weeks after your missed...

Well, I guess its not so bad. :) People usually just use e-mails, texts, and the internet so much these days that not very many people actually send mail. Although I think its a good idea to know how to send mail, because its more personal in my opinion.

Exercise everyday (for about 25 minutes), and remember to drink a lot of water! Make it a rule, that everytime you go to the kitchen for something, also have a glass of water (Thats what I did). Also, try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits! :) It helps too if you try out fruits that you have...
