When something is made fresh and is described in just the right way, doesn't it always sound so much better than the mass-produced foods that we eat so much of? agh you are so rite, but really make it a couple of times, and you will put your "self" into it, and may not be tasty, but when it comes to cuisine, practice, creativity, and as much as i hate to say it, love of the dish, makes a difference.. good eating fellow creator of food.....
