The best way to lose weight is just to eat smart and exercise right. You don't need to cut out all the bad just cut down the amount. Walk around the block when you get the mail instead of driving to it. Choose skim milk instead of 2%. Easy things.

It can show up in your hair for a year in a worst case scenerio. Follicle tests are the worst because drugs stay in your hair for a way longer time then urine or blood.
