I don't eat anything for breakfast but always have a glass of whey protein. It is a great way to supplement my protein intake since I don't eat much meat anymore, and it is low calorie, low carb, and high in several important nutrients.

I make my own with equal portions of ammonia, cheap dish detergent, and water. I put it in a plastic spray bottle and use it in the bathroom (esp. after bathing - on the tub, that is) and in the kitchen. It is cheap and as effective as commercial preps.

Nothing. I don't eat much chicken anyway, and I don't eat beef at all, so I would probably just eat more tuna and tofu and lentils - my primary sources of protein. I lost alot of weight last year by cutting out meat, among other things.

I like to have a destination - so I walk to the nearest shopping mall, which is 4.5 miles away. I use the restroom, refill my water bottle, and then do the return trip. I try to do it 2-3 times a week in the summer.

Yes - I went on a very low carb, high protein diet last summer and lost 60 lbs in 4 months, w/ exercise. After meeeting that goal I introduced limited carbs back into my diet and eased up somewhat on the exercise. I have kept off the weight and it is now nearly a year later.

Married men: What do you expect from your wife ? It seems to me once you get married you want someone who will clean all day, cook, iron, wash clothes, take care of kids, work, and never complain about it ! please shed some light.

I agree with this - and also feel that men should do the same for women. For a relationship to work there should be a desire to serve the other out of love not obligation.

We will never stop hearing about him - he made a significant impact not only on music but on our culture. And that is fine with me. But he will be displaced from the headlines as time goes on and other newsworthy stories take precedence. And that is fine with me too.

I do my own laundry, and tend to favor powdered detergents, although the particular brand is not important to me. Whatever is on sale when I need detergent is fine with me.

I disagree; good nutrition does not have to be expensive. There are inexpensive sources of high protein foods like tuna, tofu, and lentils, and other healthy choices (fruits, vegetables, nuts, and the like) can be bought for reasonable cost if one is a smart shopper. As far as exercise goes,...

I have this problem too and just end up opening the driver's side window until it clears up. And this has happened to me on several cars that I have owned, so it seems to be pretty common.

Yes - the slap is domestic violence but so was the insult. Both are guilty and both need counseling before this excalates to the next level.

No smoking - that would be part of the punishment. Plus why should taxpayers pay for the increased medical costs for the smoker and those exposed to his/her second hand smoke? That is what would not be fair.

I prefer designer clothes since my own ready made clothes are a disaster. I only shop when things I want and need are on sale, though. Clothes are way overpriced in my opinion.

I've been using L'Oreal's Ombrelle Sport. It works as well as products costing twice as much and is photostable and lasts a long time on the skin.

My first thought was that it doesn't seem fair, but then I realized that I am Polish and love to tell Polish jokes, but am put off when I hear non-Polish folks tell them. So I cannot be critical of them (the blacks).
