Yes, it is still holy water. A holy or blessed object remains such until it ceases to exist. Stealing it does not change that. Using it for boiling an egg is not the proper usage of holy water, and I don't think the eggs themselves become holy eggs as a result.

It might. Depends on the circumstances of the relationship. If she is not planning to marry YOU, but likes dating you, then it might not be an issue. But if there is any thought in her mind that someday, you might be The One, and by that she means marriage, then it probably will ruin it.

Well, my first guess is that they prefer God to not be part of public ritual and events and the like, but at home God is not an issue. If this is the case, its sort of sad and a bit hypocritical. Also, Christians aren't the only ones who have trees and give presents this time of the year.
