No I havent, i am pretty sure there is not such a thing. But you might mean Africans (especially in Namibia) who still speak German, due to the collonial influences of the germans in the 19th/20th century.

Multiracial... she always points out her heritage, as being half Irish, halb African-Venezualian..... she does not consider herself as a specific 'race'.
