It was a starburst commercial. If I remember correctly, it was because he was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the starburst he just ate, but the woman thought he was making some kind of sexual advance.

I consider 8 hours per night a sufficient amount of sleep. I generally don't get very much sleep during the week, but then I catch up on the weekends by sleeping for like 13 or 14 hours. So overall, I think my schedule evens out to be about enough sleep, but it's very erratic.
