It's completely normal. Especially when you first start a pill, the body can take several cycles to adjust to the new hormones in your system. You should only be worried if you missed a pill.

I think it would be a good thing to do if you had the right lifestyle. Remember, if you have close friends or family, or are a well known face, it would probably be a lot more dangerous, for both them and you. I think however, if you really did want to help in some way, it might be better...

I'd say check with your doctor. You do need time to heal, but I know some people heal faster than others, depending on course on the size of the baby, if you tore, the level of blood flow and any symptoms your body still has from the pregnancy and birth.
