Is she his ex wife/gf with whom they have kids? If they do then you should find out from him why she was there maybe there was an emergency. If there is no reason he should be in touch with his ex then I'd be extremely concerned

Tell him he doesn't deserve you and you're leaving him because you've had enough. Be firm, and once you leave him don't go back to him EVER. Giving him another chance could be fatal to you because he'll be worse than he is right now.

Go back in time and don't cheat on her, if it can't be done then I guess you can't prove anything to her. There is no excuse for cheating.

Yes, if a relationship ends both parties have to go their seperate ways especially if they are not on the same page. In this case staying in touch will give the one in love hope and that will just cause future issues which would have been avoided if you gave each other space.

They are eager to please you by doing whatever you ask, they blab on and on about nothing in particular, laugh at all your jokes and smile at you when you're silent, they agree with all you say and they always stare when you're not looking and look away when they're caught.

mom works at night so she won't even be in the house while he is there except coming home in the morning and seeing him there, she saves on babysitting and I get to stay in my bed but I don't want to make her feel disrespected.
