No he is not. First of all there is no street sign on the album cover. 22 Acadia Ave. came later on "The Number of the Beast" album. Also the "Iron Maiden" album cover is in the Briton slums and 22AA is not. I guess in hindsight one could say Eddie was there but he was not...
