Personally, I think going for sprints is effective because it works out everthing over all. And then you can do stretches and exercises like crunches/sit ups and pushups and what veritas said. It would depend on how toned you want your arms. There's also a lot of exercises you could do with dumbbells, to work out your arms, just look on-line.

In a defending situation, it's acceptable to attack just to save yourself, but not to an extent to hurt the other person beyond necessary. With friends, I usually say I didn't get it. If I'm sitting with adults, then I try to act cool and pretend like i got th ejoke. I laugh like crazy. Depends on the shade of pink, if it was hot pink it would look a little bright and odd. Hot pink tights and a hot pink leotard. A lighter shade of pink may be more subtle so it wouldn't matter what other colour you wear with it. It depends on the presentation, and the look you're going for in the end.
