Maybe they are registered, which generally you will be informed by the printed invite. Presents are nicer for birthdays and anniversarys but at a huge wedding they can be overwhelming and the check in the card is quite appropriate and much appreciated, I am sure.

My friend was sacked yesterday because she lost a bunch of room keys. She was a chamber maid and totally reliable, now shes very upset and ashamed because she was sacked. Do you think her employers were too harsh? I was in the Hotel business for many years. A Maid was fired for losing the chocolates for the pillows for three floor of people. She eventually went to arbitration and got her job back but no back pay. When was the last time that you got your picture in the paper and what was the occasion? I was on the winning Gay Pride float sponsored by the Gay Men's Health Crisis back in 1990. I gave out the red ribbons which was a new addition that year to the culture which is now worldwide. My photo appeared in the New York Daily News that next day and I contacted them and they sent me this color shot which they used.

Do you watch the TV show "Cash Cab"? If you do, do you try to beat the contestants? My bosses significant other was on it and we taped it. Then I got hooked for about a week. Some of those questions are harder than Jeopardy. It was fun and they are interviewed before the show - so when we see them get in the Cab - they are acting that part. But the show is real. For instance, if you're tied for top answer with someone else, and you rating that person will send them above your answer...? Does that make sense?
