Solar power, in my opinion. Solar panels can be put on just about any surface (cars & rooftops) without drastically affecting our landscape. Wind turbines may produce more power (I don't know), but they can disrupt wind currents. They can also be an eyesore in some cases.

I can't recall the oddest thing I have eaten. Maybe green eggs and ham. A friend of mine ate snail shells about a week or 2 ago. He didn't know what they were, and just ate them.
