(I run for cardio and i lift 20 pound dumbbells and a pull up bar which are my only equipment.) If all you have is dumbbells, I recommend doing flys and dumbbell presses for your chest. For your abs, you could do a variety of crunches, as well as leg lifts while holding up the dumbbells. You can also do leg lifts while hanging from the pull-up bar.
