Great marinade for chicken is soy sauce & brown sugar. Make enough to cover chicken. I use about 4 cups soy sauce & 1 cup of brown sugar & marinade at least 6 hours or over night. I also go out at the weekends and end up dancing all night aswell, albeit full of beer, but it's still excercise. I used to be good it though, I had to set off with the girls but I'd usually catch up with the boys and give them a run for their money aswell. Today it's Roald Dahl's birthday; the author who well known around the world. He's my favorite author and I've uploaded a picture of 'James and the giant peach' on my profile. Who else like's this writer? What's your favorite book of his? Roald Dahl! I used to love him too. I think my favourite book was 'The Wonderful Story Of Henry Sugar and other short stories'. Although George's Marvellous Medicine ws great too, as was The Witches. Oh no, don't forget Charlie and The Chocolate Factory aswell! It's all coming back to me now, I remember, was it Quentin Blake who used to do those illustrations?

If you are trying to lose weight I would avoid ALL types of donuts, even if they are reduced fat they will still have loads of calories.
