You can take it to a place, if they find that it's shorted out from improper grounding or some other fault of the company that replaced your power supply, you could get some compensation. It has nothing to do with your power supply, if the power supply was bad the computer wouldn't turn...

Because, it'd their way of attracting new customers. The new customer is pretty much forced to be in a contract, which will pay much more than what it costs them to do the discount. If old customers sign up with a new contract they probably get the discount as well. It would be quite useless...

It's the byproduct of the checmical reaction that occurs in order for them to create food. Carbon Dioxide + water + sunlight = sugar + oxygen. They don't need the oxygen so they just "throw it out".

I don't watch Naruto so I wouldn't know. I think Naruto is childish, but there are many animes that are targeted at teens. There are also MANY animes with extreme violence and gore, these are obviously targeted at adults. Anime is just an animated show/movie that is based off a manga.

It would be nice to have some standards, but an IQ test wouldn't do it. But it would also increase crime rates if this happened.
